FORUM UPGRADE

I have just completed a fairly big upgrade to the forum. Most of the changes are under the hood things that you probably won't notice, but this was an important upgrade nonetheless. If you run into any issues, please SEND A PM to let me know.

Thanks.

Congrats on the successful upgrade.

Suggestion: let us know in advance when it's planned.
Thanks!
Tom M.

I know it's a quick response but periodically with the old server I would have to open the BSF a couple times to get it to open. I thought the problem was on my end but with the new server BCF boots up with lightning speed! A little early to draw any conclusions, but I can't believe how fast it is on my computer. Thanks Basil, a big (y) for your efforts! PJ

Well, that was short-lived! This morning, the site is taking forever to boot up.

No problems here, Paul

Well Mickey, living out here in the boonies it used to be quite common for some signals to get lost, but with the new fiber optic system I don't believe that's the problem anymore.

I have been getting email warning from the server about excessive resources being used. Trying to track down what's causing it has been a challenge.
