Formula Mazda Race cars; anyone know about these?

Have you ever acquired something and later asked "what
was I thinking?!". Me too. Mine was what I now know is
a Formula Mazda race car frame and body. I'm trying to
decide if I should sell this or consider finding the
bits to make it whole. Is there anyone here that is
familiar with these and can offer some basic advice?

They used to race them here in Jennings Oklahoma, 30 miles west of Tulsa.
