Ford makes a profit!!

Ford Motors posted a 29 cent a share profit........ some light at the end
of the tunnel..
They even posted bigger market share gains than Toyota and Honda.

The "Cash for Clunkers" was a factor too.

Tho I doubt it was any kind of deal breaker.

Ford can stand proud.

And also be very happy that they invested in Europe when the other two didn't. Ford still #1 in European sales.

Buick will show the biggest gains with GM this year because of their market development over the last ten years in China.
 
I looked at a Ford Transit Connect today ( as a potential replacement for the ancient S10 pickup we have). I have to say I was impressed.
 
Just heard that GM also made some head way, they posted there first increase in 21 months... yahoo
The sad news is that Chrysler was down a boat load today.... I sure do like their auto designs,
But i don't think i would buy stock.
