ford Cortina question`

We have acquired a 1967 Ford Cortina Mk2 but it needs a few repairs. Do any of you have a source for suspension and brake parts? Going to most of the parts web sites, nothing much comes up for the Cortinas. They were not too popular in the US. I also wonder if parts from a Pinto, Escort or Capri fit the car?

Most of the rubber is gone or trashed. The body is in pretty good shape. My friend called it "red" in color, I thought it was "rust' color. But after working on it this weekend, there is only one rust spot and the rest of the car is in good shape for its age.

PS: need a windshield also!

But if you need the bit, they're most likely to have it. Got MANY of the MK-I's pieces from them.

For windshield glass, check with local glass shops.

Apparently my reply the other day did not make it on to the post. The funny thing is that we bought the car from Dave Beam. I guess because his website is not as useable, I look for other sites to order parts. But we will give him a call.

You'll want their catalogs. Once you see those you'll understand why they haven't spent the time to digitize it yet.
