"The Incredible Mr. Limpet" was one of those movies I saw as a kid and it was so weird and obscure that for much of my adult life I wondered if I dreamt it up. Don Knotts turns into a cartoon fish that still need his glasses as a cartoon fish and can make amazing Sonic waves underwater. You can't make this stuff up.
From what I understand the little Daimler V8 makes incredible sounds too.
