For anyone that has been looking for the high compression head that came on the Federal spec '76 midget there appears to be one up on Ebay right now. It is a little difficult to make out in the photo, but it looks to have the TKO 2748 head stamping which designates the 9.0 to 1 compression ratio. The Ebay auction number is 330712192406. NFI on my part just thought I'd give a heads up to those looking.
Your're right, it is a 2748. The only difference b/w a 2748 and a 1409 or 1410 is how much it's been milled at the factory. For that much money cut your own.
