I have a 1990 XJ6 Baseline 4.0 liter engine. Needs paint job, needs a head gasket. I have installed a new water pump, thermostat and thermostat senors. New hoses, new lifetime shocks from Midas. New brake rotors front and back, brake sensor and front brake pads. It needs new rear pads soon, fairly new tires all around. Car has never been hit, interior in excellent condition, no holes in seats or carpet. Just a good clean job with cleaner is needed. Also new is fuel filter, fuel pump and pressure regulator.
A complete tune-up was given back in January of 2003. Will sell car for $1,500.00. No less. Any takers, email me at bbbbxxxxbbbb@yahoo.com

This is not a joke, the car is for sale for $1,500.00 I have been told not to sell the car. To have it repaired, oh yea, I must also say that the car will not start. In the Blue Book the car is only worth three thousand dollars. I have spent enough money on this car. The Jaguar reputation gained fame in 40's, 50's, 60's, and 70's. Part of the eighties after that they go downhill. I happen to be a victim of the downhill slide. As I said before, my email address is bbbbxxxxbbbb@yahoo.com. If anyone is instrested drop me a line.

I am sorry, you email looked so much like those I get offering unsavory things, that I didn't even think that it could be right. Nosy me, how did you decide on an address like that, I would never be able to remember it.

That price is about right for a Jag of that year/ilk around here in north Alabama...I know a salvage yard with 6 of them - all have good engines!
