well, ive decided to sell my car.........
i need a normal dependable driver, and my truck
is becoming more and more not so...
so, i plan to sell or trade the car and buy a
nice daily driver. yes, im hating it, but it has to b done,
no other options right now....ill be ok
i may be interested in trading for a toyota celica or truck,
..im also (stupidly) looking at a late 90s model camaro convertible, and a firebird.....i guess im really looking for
a nice sport car, or to trade my truck in on a nicer one....
the car is running quite well other than a few "small" problems...
the motor runs real good but could use the carbs rebuilt..
idles at 1250 pretty steady, starts well.
the gearbox likes to stick in neutral when stopping at lights etc...a lil shake and a couple cluth pumps gets it into gear...
it also like to jump outta 3rd....
this gearbox has been rebuilt, but i musta missed a detail somewhere....im sure it can b fixed for little to no $$$, all gears are good.
the car needs a new roof....i got hailed on a few weeks ago
and it punched holes in the roof :frown:
there are also a few small dents on the hood and trunk lid...easily repaired. did i mention it has a new paint job!
well ,ill have more details , pics, and even VIDEOS of me driving the car last week.....i havent really set a price yet,hope u guys can help me with that...id also rather let my car go to someone on here than to put it on ebay ...thx zimmy
