Foot Rest

So, I'm driving the '85 XJ6 to dinner tonight & realized there's no place to rest my left foot....there's that huge brake pedal & then nothing to the left of it except a skinny sill...what have you guys done to build something on which to rest your left foot?

Never did anything. I'm a left foot braker. You can make a dead pedal and match it to the sill. Haven't seen any retro for Jags either.

Tony: Check the left foot rest ( dead pedal) in an older Range Rover, with a different bend in the base might be what you need.
