Folding 2-seater tops - photo article

Thanks for sharing...I have yet to stow my top in the car, but it's good to know how it's done. Not sure I will remember it all so I'll keep a copy on my smart phone.
 
Here's a photo of the pages in the blue Drivers Handbook for the 3000 BN7 showing the folding of the top. This would also apply to the BN6. Sorry if the photo isn't clear.

Those are the exact same photos that are in the Bentley reprint of the shop manual. IMO they are incomplete and I tried to show the intermediate photos I felt were needed in order to show the entire process. I like to make these descriptions as comprehensive as possible - sometimes that involves redundancy to completely make a point.

On a philosophical note, I often feel like instruction manuals are written by engineers who already know the product and have a tendency to leave out intermediate steps which they erroneously regard as obvious.
