(I have acres of work to do before that though)
 
You are barking mad, son.

But then I was seriously considering converting a Triumph Mayflower I had (think pocket Rolls Royce) into a vintage racer using a hot TR-4 engine and disc brakes. Turned out they would frown on the engine conversin, so I considered doing it with a Riley 1.5 with hot MGB engine and discs, but got sidetracked with racing a TVR....

Have fun and shoot pics as you restore and prepare it.

I love it when people walk around the car a zillion times, with their faces all squinched up, wondering what it is.

Nial & I could have one heck of a race for last and/or ugliest :thumbsup:

Mine was designed by the same studio which produced this beautiful masterpiece.
