Went to our place we bought in Fl. and for the first time since going there on vacation thought we'd have to buy a boat. Rain and more rain. Still had lots of nice days and got to spend a whole morning with the wife trimming our palm tree. Its a big four legged beast and with all the moisture this year had really grown. I whacked with a machete and the wife used clippers. The neighbors said it was better than going to see a movie....we're the youngest and wanted to show them we were "young" . We now have hired a lawncare professional..year round. Anyhow, got back and decided to drag the A coupe out, stared at it and started on it Today the eng/trans mating process. Should be finished this morning.Have decided to build it good enough to drive for the summer...then do a total resto after the weather gets bad this coming winter. Largest major parts I need are a pair of bumpers, and all new brake cylinders, shoes and hoses. Have a new brake/clutch master cyl. and slave cyl.

Ugh. Lasty couple weeks have been too wet and too cold. Ya left too soon, Jack! It's now 80* and sunny!

Ya gonna pedal the A all th' way over here?

Welcome to the "Sunshine State" - and this is the dry season. Wait until the rainy season starts in a couple of months, storms and heavy rain every afternoon.

Another 3-4 weeks and the A/C goes on full blast 24x7 for me
