Probably split rivets with washers.
The metal sections (ah389) are from Kilmartins (https://www.kas-kilmartin.com.au/) . The wood parts were from Moss .

Are we talking about the rear quarter internal panels here?
I bought rear quarter panels from AH Spares and they came as a one piece unit, screwed at the front into the B post and again at the rear into the projecting bracket.
