Is there anyone out there who can shape the intake manifold better? Or is there any info on doing it yourself.

This looks like it could use some work ('74 TR6):

A die grinder with a carbide burr makes very quick work of matching ports. You can finish up with a flapper wheel or sanding roll. Most are available from welding or nut and bolt supplies. The die grinder can be found at Harbor Freight or Northern Tool. Of course you'll need an air compressor.

I like rotary files and dermal stones for smoothing. The rotary files in a cordless drill because the files are aggressive and the stones in a die grinder for the high RPM and smoothness.

I've done the dremel and drill routines. They will work, but will take at least 30 minutes time for the same amount of metal removal as just 1 minute with an air powered die grinder and a carbide burr.
