Fit New Top On

Decided my 71B deserved a new top,Mainly because the back window has turned yellow from the sun.
No getting it out now it's beyond fixing, So I decided to try and get one with a glass window.
Boy did that put a dent in the ole pocket book.
Anyway now it's here and I was wondering how hard is it to fit one on, or should I just have it done someplace.
They don't give you much for instructions, I'd hate to mess it up now.

I put a new top on once and although it wasn't too difficult to do, it does take some time and a bit a professional touch. If I had to do it again I'd have someone do it for me. But that's just me.

If you've got one of the higher end tops I'd take it to a shop. Call the local club in your area and see who they recommend. I installed a top on a Fiat 124 many years ago and swore to myself I'd let someone else handle that job from here on out.
