I've been advised that the very first Sprite, the first Bugeye, is for sale. Chassis number 501, BMIHT confirmed.

It is restored, LHD and has a California title.

The seller is asking $75,000.

I was offered this car before it went to Australia. It was in San Diego and the seller was a jerk. I offered twice what it was worth and STILL didn’t get it.
I have the heritage cert if anyone want to see it.
