This has been on E-bay for some, time, I know there is a new version out, but the original book (which I believe this is) was fetching astronomical prices and hard to find for a while, here is a hardcover one for cheap.

These books are a great resource, not my auction don't know the seller just passing a potential good deal for someone on.
