Oil was drained and then I realized the oil filter is the wrong size. sigh.

But, plugs changed, hood pull mostly reattached, expansion tank reinstalled and hoses hooked up, and foam air cleaner clean.

You do know about that threaded adapter on the 1500?

part 53, not a very good pic of it but is is just a double externally threaded adapter from the filter to the head.

I actually just found out about it today - will use the existing for the next couple of oil changes and then switch over - thanks for pointing out that moss has it!
