First bird shot

Went out today with the new box and a Sigma 150-600 lens hoping for some good bird shots. Unfortunately I felt like I was in that episode of Star Trek where they are on a planet with no animal life at all. Finally I spotted a western blue bird on a power line and managed to get at least one decent shot.
600mm f6.3, ISO 125, 1/1000th.

One from indoors with the RF 24-105 f/4 "kit" lens. Low light, ISO 6400. "Ran through Topaz as there was some noise.

That Sigma is surprisingly sharp. Did you also have to use the adaptor to mate it to the R5?

Yes, I had to use the EF-Rf adaptor, which does not have any optics to affect IQ. It simply adds the additional spacing between the lens and the sensor that you would have if you were using a DSLR.
