Where is a good spot to find a late model TR6 in the NE USA?

Classic Car Trader Online, Craigslist, are both good sources. I'd strongly recommend getting a local club number to inspect anything you get serious about.

Be very careful about payment and making sure you get a good title.

I hate to tell you this, but a beautiful BRG 1975 TR6 with 12,345 documented miles just went for $10,500 on eBay this weekend. It was in Tewksbury, MA and I didn't find out until it was over, or I would have had two cars to blow money on.

It looked to be all original, including the radio.

Welcome to the Forum.....

Many thanks, a co worker here had one many years ago, before kids college yada dada.

He came to me this morning and said he would like to get another one and keep it at his beach house. That gleam was back in his eye

I have all of my British Cars, but sorry I have never been into TR's. There was a Spit way back, with flames on the hood, but that's another story.

Thank you all very much, I have sent some of your links and of course a link to our forum. If he does the ebay route, I will give a shout out to see if any are nearby.

That gleam in the eye is priceless. That gleam in the wifes eye would be double priceless. I better not push it yet.

If you want to pay in the neighborhood of NADA book price, let me know. I mite let mine go. Totally, documented, restored 76, with all smog equipment, original window sticker, red, hardtop, overdrive, Michelin Redlines, stainless steel exhaust. All original panels, no rust issues ever.

Spitfire with flames on the hood...vertical or horizontal?

Straight back from the nose across and around the bonnet.
