Finding a correct 1964 BJ8 steering wheel

Does anyone know where I can find a real A-H steering wheel for my restored car. The restorer did a great job but used a Motolita wheel which looks nice but is not correct.

I am in interested in any U.S. or U.K vendors you know that are reputable.
