Miss Agatha purrs like a kitten and really sings when you get on the go pedal.

Pulls well without hesitation from 15 in forth and loves 2ed.

I think I can now safely say she is mechanicaly complete, at least as complete as I can do with 32 miles on her.

Even the wife commented that she sounded just right. Wow, what praise.

I still intend to bleed the brakes one more time just for luck mostly. It may be quite awile till I get to that job again.

Congratulations Jack. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/thumbsup.gif Now you can both have some fun. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/driving.gif

So.... When is she getting her tags?

Woohoo!

You're welcome to come out to Utah and perform you magic on Tunebug at any time.

Still needs seats, door trim, grill, horn button, seat belts, toneau, top, and rear bumbers. Other wise is preaty darn complete. I am sure that I will find a few odds and ends to do over/fix/clean up/whatever.

Need to work on the bonnet some more but think I will elongate the hinge holes on the drivers side to I can move it back about 1/4 inch. Should be preaty good at that point.

Then it will get a tag and insurance and go off to the body man again for some door work and repair of a few spots that did not come out right along with a final buff.

Will at that point think about toys such as a wind blocker for the wife. Might even let her drive it, hehe.

So, yep it will be ready for the Lake of the Ozarks meet next year. Maybe I will even find some thing local this fall.

YEE HAH! Congratulations from someone who totally understands the exhilaration of that first real ride!

Congrats, we all are happy for you!!!!!!!!!!!! There isn't anything like the sound of a British four cyl motor.

Way to go Jack!!!!!!!!
