So much has happenned that I don't know where to start. My shoulder has been hurting pretty severly due to the surgery and sunday we had bad winds, knocking out power and telephone (and dialup) and blowing down a huge locust tree into my neighbor's yard, plus my dads subaru that I rebuilt the engine in started knocking real bad /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/frown.gif I was all alone sunday night cause the wife had gone to work nursing my shoulder when all went dark. I sat in the dark for a long time, no power no phone. In better spirits today, yesterday my dad and my nephew helped me with the tree and today we got the engine pulled from the subaru in my basement. This is wearing this one armed guy down. Now if I can just get the subaru parts and get it back together, I can start thinking about the Midget again. It looks good all primered. I hope you all are doing well.
 
Bad stuff comes in threes, so you should be all done now! The tree in the field behind my house blew over a few months back, turns out the whole inside was rotten. The farmer dragged it over to the area beside our house and now whenever we need some wood for the fire we can just go cut some off! Saves a fortune in coal, I'd recommend it!
 
Good thing about it is the ole reliable Midget is always ready and waiting to be worked on. GOD BLESS THE BRITS!!

Hey Kim, glad to see the one-armed bandit back in town! You should get your dad and nephew to be the hands and you be the brains in getting that Subaru going! That would save wear and tear on that shoulder! I now what you went through sittin' in the dark with high winds and the power out! Sounds like hurricane season down here!
 
Welcome back Kim! Geez, that's all you've done after surgery? Ha - just take it easy, messing up the shoulder now will just make it that much longer before you can really get working on the MG again.

Thanks everyone, I have been taking it very easy on this shoulder. Sleeping is still hard with this this sling on and its still painful. Last night I was asleep and for some unknown reason just suddenly jerked awake, boy did that make the shoulder hurt. I'm really in no condition to go junk yarding either.
 
However it takes your mind off your knee.
 
It's terrible to break something like a finger or anything really and finally be sleeping and bump the broken bit - wake up yelling or wimpering or whatever. I hate that.

Hopefully this part will be all behind you soon.
