I tried to save some money when I was in Vietnam so that when I got home I could buy a TR3.I hit a few bumps along the way,but almost 50 years later,I bought a 1960 TR3.Better late than never.

Thanks for your service. And congratulations on the purchase. I know that you will find the Triumph forum here to be a great asset with maintaining your TR3. They helped me a lot when I had my '62TR3B. Please post photos, and stop in "The Pub" some time and enjoy a pint and some banter. Enjoy the Ride.

Welcome to the BCF! Glad you got the ride you've been waiting for. I also got mine about 50 years later... so welcome to the club.
