I just got home from Subway (the sandwich shop) and they're running a promotional contest linked with the new "Get Smart" movie. First prize is a 65 Sunbeam Tiger!!!!! YES! I might just enter that contest.
That'd be cool if someone on here won it. It'll probably go to some doofus that ain't got a clue.
 
Yea, a red one. Goes a header off some steps. Kinda wondered what happened.
 
My buddy, Pete Mantell of Sidney, IL, won the Old Speckled Hen Ale "Win and MG" contest in 2005. He took the $10k prize money as he already had numerous MGs.

We had stopped by the Union Jack Pub on High School Road in Indianapolis on our return from the SEMA show in November of that year..
 
I saw the commercial for the Tiger today. I guess tomorrow I will be stopping by Subway to get some lunch. I could use a tiger in the garage. :smile:

Dang guys and I was feeling good about winning a contest last night where I got a Top Gear "I am the Stig's fat cousin." shirt in black.
 
Yeah, I went to lunch at Subway today...turns out, no purchase necessary I find out AFTER buying lunch and being told that I also had to buy a lg. drink to qualify :rolleyes: ! All you have to do is pick up the info sheet (talk about a bunch of fine print :eeek: !!!)at the register and follow the instructions...you HAVE TO enter on-line! Still worth a shot, as the saying goes, "you can't win it unless you're in it!!" :thumbsup:
 
It's a tad involved to sign up online, but I did anyway. I could also use a running British car. and I'd take a Tiger any day.
