Yes, kit cars like the Fiero conversions that look like Ferraris until you walk up to them and see the Fiero interior are not my preference!
I used early Miata leather seats, tossed out the junky dash and modified an MGA coupe dash that I covered in the same colour and created a carpet set from part of an MGA set plus some yards of carpet for the rear. All the inner covered panels had to be created and I was able to use an MGB spare tire cover (important as the spare sits in plain view on the rear deck under the rear window. Took a bit of planning.
Headliner was about the hassle you'd expect and hanging the dash required some surgery as it mounts lower than an MGA (had to recess the steering column up into the dash a bit).
