Fiat Dual Master Cylinder

Hi Steve,

Another well done implementation as I would have expected. It is a beautiful job.

All the best,

Ray(64BJ8P1)

Hi Steve
with this last addition, your AH must STOPS in few meters, compliments, very int. MOD

Steve,
How is the dual master working out? What did you have to do to get the balance dialed in?
Thanks!

It works well. I'm using a proportioning valve. Richard Mayor turned me onto an easy way of adjusting the proportion with the car on jack stands:

Adjustment - method was suggested with the car on jackstands:
to have an assistant lightly gradually apply the brakes while hand-turning a front and back wheel.
Start with 7 turns on adjuster; adjust to the point where front brakes just locked
and rears braking but still moveable.

Lot of brake pix in my various galleries.

Excellent write up and pics, Steve. This is another one of your sensible modifications worth the time and expense. You must be a double bubble flare master! Also your choice / suggestion to use Copper / Nickle brake pipes is appreciated. Thanks
