Fiat Abarth Kansas Help Needed.

For the last 30 years I have been searching for more history of my 1959 Fiat Abarth Gt750 just how hard can that be. I had a name which I had googled to death for years well today we hit the mother load. A quick email and phone call we got the history all the way back to 1962. And what a story at that. Now I have three more years to cover.

Now we need some ideas about early race tracks in Kansas. area. The other big clue is a name Don Pereboom who had a shop in Manhattan Kansas and raced the car. Spelling of Don's last name could be wrong.

I got to say thanks to Steve from WI who also worked on some leads.

Cheers

Mark

Thanks

Checked out both spots no luck. They only made these cars from 1957 to 1959 my car says its a 1959 and it was out of the area by 1963 on its way to Detroit.I did find this picture at Lake Garnett. And there is Abarth in the picture.

Any member live in Kansas?

Mark
