Not sure if your wife is still in the market for a 124; evidently these are not selling so well and there appear to be massive discounts.

Had a closeup view of the Fiat in a mall in Sarasota a couple of moths ago. More aggressive styling than the Miata, although they changed the fender lines of the Miata to make it look meaner. It's well finished and if I were in the market for a new sports car, I'd definitely consider the Fiat. Plus it has the grille like the original Spider.
