Saw this at the next island over at Costco today. Ask the guy if he minded if I took a couple pictures. Ferrari 488.

Gorgeous vehicle , his main squeeze don’t look bad either ! Personally I’d take the car , less mileage and maintenance cost , and probably a bit quitter . Gas stations ; the great equalizer , everybody pumps there own ……. .

Great looking car! Thought it funny - the guy admires his car, the girl admires her smartphone.

In my mind that's his teenage daughter who is obviously embarrassed by her dad and secretly wishes he drove a nondescript SUV (maybe a Kia Telluride) just so people would quit talking to him about and taking pictures of his car anytime they are out.

and because the alternate scenario is much creepier.

What else is new ? Ya got better chances winning the Grand Prix with a Yugo than surgically removing that phone from any women . I think member “Yoda” & JP Smit“ has it right though ………. . I’m thinking his “ trophy queen“ is just his daily drive …… not too shabby though .

hmmmm... Drives a Ferrari, fuels it at Costco. Is the 488 rigged with fuel filler ports on both sides? Dragging a pump hose over/across that car would be inviting trouble IMHO. He owns that car because he can, not for what it really is. No envy here, rather just glad for those who can afford to keep Ferrari in F-1.

Passenger? Irrelevant.

BTW, I'm using the #12 piston from a four-cam rebuild I did back-when as an ashtray.
