Hello,
After i have carried out the frame and front end repair I want to make an attempt the repair the fender of the passenger side.
The first picture is at the drivers side. Is this the correct fitting or has there be (more) space between the wing and the grille on this side. As this will be the new reference for the other side
The second picture shows the problem area. The wing is solid but i would like to do something to the front of this wing. The previous owner had made an attempt to repair it with polyester most likely after an accident..
I was thinking about the following. No idea if it is a good idea but like to learn about other ideas.
I was thinking about making a mould by using clay or similar and than mirror it to the wing of the passenger side. Assuming that the previous repair won't tackle the repair completly
Maybe there are some thought of experiences of similar situations to share
Harry
