Fender > Door Seal

Continuing to sort out my bJ7, and I noticed I am missing weather seals where the doors meet the upper fenders. Looks like the seal should be about 6-8 inches. Is the material the same as the OEM seal that runs on bottom and up to the where the rear door opens? My fender has 2 holes that would appear to be for rivets. Thx for all replies, and if someone could take a picture of theirs that would be great.

Yes and they are called Draugth excluders in the parts catalogs. As I recall they are one long piece of Fur Flex.

I think what you are referring to are the 'scuttle seals'. If you google Austin Healey Scuttle Seals, you will get some good info: pics, installation tips, sources to get 'good ones'. And, they are riveted on.
I include a pic of them on my car, but I don't have access to it right now.
Anyway - hope this helps.

I looked all over trying to figure out what the BJ7 set up was when I did mine. As near as I can make out from Anderson-Moment, Clausanger and elsewhere on the net, these pictures are pretty accurate. Hope they help. IMG_0343.jpgIMG_0344.jpgIMG_0345.jpg
