Feel vibration when depressing clutch pedal on BN2

Hey all,
Might not mean anything but figured y'all could help. When I depress the clutch pedal and engage first gear or even second for that matter, I get a vibration that I can feel through the pedal. Seems only to be when first starting up and shifting into gear and no problems shifting or gear selection and no slippage that I can feel. Probably nothing but better to be aware than have it a be a symptom for something worse coming.

Your clutch release fingers are out of adjustment, so the clutch release plate wobbles as the clutch assembly turns on the flywheel. There are three release fingers, each one with an adjustable fulcrum. If you assemble the clutch on a flat flywheel, each finger must be set exactly the same distance from the plane of the flywheel. If not, the release plate wobbles and you can feel it through the clutch pedal.

FWIW, my Healey clutch has always wobbled a bit, I have just gotten used to it, otherwise the clutch works fine. It can cause clutch chatter if those fingers are far enough off.

Thanks for the info. This has only started to happen recently, say in last few months. If it doesn't get any worse,okay to just live with it? Only brought it up as a new vibration going on versus all the old ones !

Maybe clutch fingers and maybe a sign of broken spring(s) and eminent failure. When whatever it is causing the vibration finally breaks, you will need a tow home. I've personally witnessed a pressure plate failure where a spring broke and the car was undriveable. IMHO, any vibration is cause for concern and prompt action.
 
Thanks y'all ! Going to look into this further. Was reading the repair manual and guess the Brits refer to this as "judder" with several areas to investigate for the cause.
