It is a Blue Bird.

They are very picky about nesting box hole size and no perch please.

We have the Western Blue Bird around these parts.

Every once in a while in the past years we see a Western Blue Bird, but not one this year! I wonder why? Maybe something to do with the weather?

Dunno. I seen several around here.

We have a lot of the Eastern Blue birds around here.

The kids have flown the nest. Have to clean it out for the next batch.

Where do they nest if there are no nest boxes made to their very specific dimensions?
