The Holy Sprite is complete. 12 guys from across the USA and Canada came to New Jersey to assemble the Sprite.
We took a painted shell and made a driving car from Friday night to Sunday afternoon when Father jack drove the Holy Sprite out of my garage under it's own power for the first time in over 30 years.
Everybody had a great time, good food, good drink, great people.
Thanks to all who helped out in making a dream come true for a retired priest.
As you can see in the photos, he looks like a kid who just got his Christmas wish.
And I had everything, no one had to run for parts, screws, or beer

WOO HOO!!!

Now, we expect to see Father here telling us all about his adventures.

Good deal, glad I could help out just a bit.

Wonderful!
Absolutely wonderful!

Kudos to *you* for spearheading the project!

You all did well. Nothing in this world can surpass a good deed done for goodness sake.

What's the story on the car with blue car the center stripe in the final picture. THat is intriguing.

That is one of my Sprites, my 59 with an original Speedwell nose.
I drove that one out to the Missouri meet.

Ah, Frank, but I believe your daughter on her driving class in it!

Fantastic work Frank and all the others who participated!

I keep looking at the pics of the shell sitting next to my garage, looking at the finished car and then at the calendar. This is a great story and one incredible group of people.

VERY COOL!

Someone needs to tell Hemmings or Classic Motorsports. Great story.

Frank, you're welcome at my place anytime. You and a few of your friends could finish up my Tunebug before dinner. I'll cook whatever you'd like!

What a wonderful job. I wish I would have had the opportunity to get involved and I see that it went past Harrisburg in PA which is close to me.
