Fat Free Sucks

We've evolved into hunter-gatherers over thousands of generations... in the last few (I consider ten to be "few") we've gone from running after our dinner to riding in our cars to acquire it at a grocery store. We've left a lifestyle of two speed (running or resting) requirement for one of near total rest, without altering our diets to match the sedentary change of pace. Without the need to burn it up quickly, all the fat and starch become toxins.

...mebbe I should install a giant hamster wheel inna livingroom... :jester:

No nothing quite that noble. Just just a little genetics thing. A little gift from my mothers side of the family.

Regards John

Thanks for the web info Terriphill. It helps me if I have astarting point reference and then have to accept it's not a "diet" it's just a way of lfe going forward! I've taken a lot of heart from everyone's comments here and really apprreciate that! Hopefully I'll be reporting a nice weight loss by next January or February - I know it will take stress of the knees (and heart) and will make entering and exiting the Bugeye a whole bunch easier when I get it running.
Roy  :grouphug:
