Failing that I'd try standard BJ8 timing and see how it goes.
Generally speaking, if fast cams need more advance as the hotter ones do, it's at tickover and up to say 2000 rpm and from then on they want the same as standard camshafts. For this reason tuners often restrict the total advance the distributor is capable of by modifying the centrifugal advance assembly.
