Just a bit of historical perspective here. FASPEC was owned by Stan Huntley who vintage raced an unspeakably quick factory bugeye Sebring Sprite. He used to advertise Sprite go-fast parts in the back of Autoweek when it was still in newspaper format. I bought a set of wire wheels from him for my bugeye in the late 70s. Stan also owned a factory LeMans Sprite that was later purchased by Tom Cotter and featured in his "The Cobra in the Barn" book. You can read about that here: https://books.google.com/books?id=w...onepage&q=stan huntley sebring sprite&f=false Stan passed away from cancer in 2005.
