Does anybody on the forum know the Crombie family? I have been contacted by Sarah Crombie, a lady who is visiting Australia and she tells me her parents have an Austin-Healey and have attended Conclaves. Perhaps they live in the New York area as she mentioned Watkins Glen.
I haven't met Sarah yet because she is currently in Cairns, a town in North Queensland, 1,000 mile from Brisbane.
A member of the Austin-Healey Owners' Club of Qld who lives in Cairns has met Sarah and taken her for a cruise around the Cairns area.
Looking forward to hearing from anybody who knows of the Crombies.

I've know Sarah's father for many years when he was a member of Gateway Healey many, many years ago. He and Sarah use to attend Conclaves when Sarah was a younger. The family has moved around quite a bit as Sarah's mom was transferred here and there by her company. He has been a member of many reglonal AHCA clubs. Very nice people.

If you get the Austin Healey Marque mag. Shara wrote a artical about her week long drive with John Nikas and Grace. ( Drive Away Cancer Car). It was a few months ago and was serveral pages long. Very interesting... Shara has been in Healeys all her life.. cut her and she will bleed 20/50 wt oil. Hope you get a chance to meet this remarkable young lady.
