According to the CTV anchor, she went back to the same parking lot
where the incident happened.......... tough Women..... Wouldn't want to see her coming when I was about to cross the street!!

Criminal STUPIDITY. Returning to the scene of the crime.

It could have been something simple like her slipping off the brake onto the gas.

But running off was unforgivable and she should be punished severely for that.


Want to bet she drives that big Ol' SUV because it's "SAFE".... for her and God help anyone in her and its way.... :wall: :nonod:
 
Here's a quick note, if it was a private parking lot, Ontario law says she is only libel for personal injuries.
She could get away with this!

Most Mall parking lots are considered "Private Property" too. Which is why the mall cops patrol them and not regular police.
 
But what can a mall cop do?
 
They can call the police and have you charged with trespassing and legally bar you from entering the property again. They can also have your vehicle towed from the property with no real legal recourse against them or the property owners if they do it properly. If the mall is private property, the owners have all the same rights that you do with your own private property and the Mall Cops are working on their behalf.
