I've never tried to restore steel wheels. So after reading some of the posts in the forums and visiting YouTube, I tried out three methods to cleanup rusted steel wheels. 1.) used aluminum oxide (70 grit) and just assembled HF blast cabinet on a portion of the wheel; 2.) used twisted wire brush and L-head grinder on another portion, and; 3.) used drill and light wire brush on a third portion. See Photos below.Nevermind...taking too long to load one each time and then crash.
