MGA Experience buying an MGA from a US Vendor - Vendor Review forum?

My first post is about a bad vendor. I dont want to brake the rules here but I cannot find the Vendor Review forum.
I have some fraud experiences with a US seller from Prior Lake, MN, he received my money 4 months ago for a MGA-project, but never ship it to me (he is also selling other british cars) and I want to share this here. It is not a vendor which is active in this board (I believe) but I want to find other customers of him and it seems the seller dont care that I publish his dates (I told him I will do it - but no responce).
So can I publish the details here?

I've sent you a private message (PM).

If we are talking about the same guy , I spoke to him on the phone about an Austin Healey he had a few year ago. He runs quite a few ads on Craigslist. I've bought a lot of British Cars in my time so could see through him easily , sorry you had a bad experience. You could contact his local police agency and file a complaint, hopefully you have supporting documentation.

Sorry, what I said about "seeing through him easily" doesn't make sense . I meant he was much too hard to buy from for my liking, but didn't detect any dishonesty.

If it make sence, I can contact his local police agency - I even thinking of IC3.
I would be glad to talk on the phone to him (Tilak) but he dont pick up the phone. Same experience did have the shipping company - no phone, no responce on emails.
I know another customer of him was in tough with him at the same time, he wants to buy some cars - he did get immidiately responce

That's good news. Really sorry to hear of the troubles you've been through, and glad you've found someone who may be able to assist.

Oh no - hope it resolves itself very quickly. Please let the forum know what happens. As Drew did by sending a private message somethings are best handled slightly more privately, but public awareness in the community is a important lever to pull.

Since the name is out, I inquired about one of his cars some time back. Didn't get a good feeling about the transaction so I backed away. Folks like that that the fun out of this hobby.
