Exhaust Valve - dollar bill trick!

I have a '72 and have had the carb bolts loosen up before and also the manifold bolts causing the gaskits to leak. The first time I noticed it, I could move one of the carbs back and forth it was so loose. Take a wrench and try to tighten the bolts and see if any are loose.
