Hi Guys,
As always, I hope you all are doing well. Lately, I have noticed that Moss is advertising an exhaust system made of stainless steel by the name of Tourist Trophy. Of course, I am wondering if the sound of this system is as good as the mild steel system that our Healey's were built with. If any of you have used this system, please let me know your opinion. I hope you all are having a good time with your cars this summer.

I bought a Bell SS muffler for my BJ7. It is not a straight through design and is somewhat quieter. I find like it because the car is more enjoyable to drive for long periods of time. If you can determine if the muffler is a straight through design so that each pipe is almost independent tube then I think the sound has to be similar to original. On the other hand it will have the peak resonances that tend to get louder with age as the packing deteriorates. If you want the original sound I would recommend a Bell mild steel muffler which has the straight through design and plan on replacing it after the volume gets uncomfortable.

Never heard of it stick with wekll known brands Bell is well known.---Keoke
