So, please remember that I am not very good at numbers, but, I'd kind of like to plot some data on a four quadrant chart. Is excel the way to go or is there something different? Is there a way a simpleton could do it without a real steep learning curve? it would be great to do it but not worth hours of my time if you know what I mean. thanks all!

JP - what do you mean by "four quadrant chart"? Possibly an X/Y scatter chart?

That's easy in Excel.

PS - just sent you the HHR report.

Or maybe a pie chart? Again pretty trivial in Excel. I did this one by typing 4 numbers in a column, highlighting the numbers, then clicking 'Insert', 'Charts/Pie' and 'Pie'. Of course you'd want to add some titles, labels and so on, but the basic process is pretty easy.

JP - that's an XY scatter plot. Greg's info will do it for you.
