Never watch a food program when hungry. I watched some guy run around in a Korean fish market shoveling mullet down his gullet for an hour. So...of course now I need sushi. Kelly came home and $36 later we had "some" sushi.

My favorite thing is spicy tuna cocktail. It consists of tuna cubes in spicy mayonase w/ cucumber slices served in a martini glass.

I figure I can do the same thing at home while saving $11 a pop and getting to use our Tiff&Co martini glasses.

Anyone ever made said sauce?

Probably got Wasabi in it..... I LOVE Wasabi! It's my sole reason for liking sushi.

So far no recipes I've found have wasabi. Ben, this stuff is BETTER than wasabi.

What is this thing about eating RAW fish??? What are they trying to prove? If it ain't cooked, I ain't eatin it!!!!
My cat is the only thing around here that eats RAW fish!

Ditto! :iagree:

Sometimes in the mornings,
I go fire up the Car B Que
in front of my house, Cook me a "T-bone"
steak and eggs, over medium, with hash browns
and toast, big glass of orange juice, and some
"Dave's Insanity" hot sauce.

OK, I'm interested!!!! I'll help ya look for recipes.
I'm a wimp when it comes to sushi. I tend to stick with the California rolls. Seafood is not really my thing for the most part, but every now and then....

Tuna is the shizzle, and it don't taste like th' stuff in the can.

That stuff is an abomination fit only for cat food or to be served with chicken.

Too bad I'm not still on the team or we'd have to grab a bite some time.

2 TBLS mayo. 1 TBLS lemon juice.1 TBLS Japanese garlic-chilie sauce. 1 Tbls rice vinegar. mix The good stuff Tuna Pizza. when the wife makes it,
5 to 1 ratio mayo to chili sauce (clear bottle green top, big rooster on the label) nd a drop or two of sesame seed oil.
