Last weekend was our one and only local Brit/Euro car show of the year, I took a few photos, posted here

The Lola Can-Am race car? I should be able get more photos of it at the vintage racing event next weekend, the owner hopes to race it then

The Abarth double-bubble? Got some far better photos of it back in the spring... Here (the blue car, plus the one B&W garage photo)

And I've come to realize that the automobile is far from my best photographic thing, but I still go to a few car shows and take photos anyway...

Nice link Basil,

The guy in Edmonton here is simply taking the Heritage bodyshell and chassis (as supplied from the U.K.) and then building the rest of the car from there...

My only problem now is that I'm always looking for that perfect shot of cars at a show, because the standard photo of a car (with hood open, etc...) just doesn't do it for me...

And I struggle with with the artsy close-up shots that others spot so easily :wall:, just point me toward a stage for some performance photography and I'm happy...

If you want to see a wider variety of what was at the show, just head over to Dave's photo's (er... 78Z around these parts)
