Dave, it's a bit hard to judge from the pictures, but it looks to me to be a car worth rebuilding. I'll simply assume that you would need a donor chassis and front-end sheetmetal both inner and outer, and undoubtedly there are areas of the tub that need to be straightened as well. But it looks doable to me!
 
Fix it...

I've got a '58 that I'm parting out right now and it has two good inner fenders and a complete front suspension. I just sold a good frame yesterday but others are out there.
