Good morning all.

Neighbor needs a (good) replacement engine for his 1993 Alfa Romeo 164L (automatic).

He's been working the Alfa forums and Craigslist for several months.

Any other suggestions or leads? He's a mechanic, and knows his stuff. But he's not a computer geek and hasn't had success yet in the search.

Thanks.
Tom

2.5L?

I have a set of stripped 2.5L heads but nothing to bolt 'em to. :frown:

Has he tried Auto Veloce in Miami? I've no clue if they have one but worth a try.

Thanks Rick. The link from Velocissima was dead. Glynn Motorsports evidently went out of business back in 2007. He now works for Paul Russell and Company in Essex MA. According to the AlfaBB, he seems very reluctant to take phone calls, or reply to emails.

(not a good sign ...)

Tom
