Engine block machining and partial assembly

Not yet, but I hope to find out later this fall at a club dyno meeting.

It goes like a bat out of you know where and it's only just completed 1,000 miles of break in, so we'll see what the final numbers really are. I don't really care about that, even though it will be nice to know. I'm more concerned what happens when I push my right foot to the floor.
 
It's a little surprising to me that you didn't make any changes to the suspension. I would think that engine must tempt you to drive it hard and New England certainly offers some nice roads that aren't that straight.
 
The entire suspension has been rebuilt with new bushings, springs and shocks. It handles rather nicely and I wanted a more comfortable ride on trips, not a Rallye car.

I can still drive it hard and enjoy decent handling with everything brand new.
 
Looks nice Brosky. Now, I gotta ask. How much money are you out on the engine alone?

Now that is a nice shop! It looks like you will have many years of enjoyment with that motor. It is just over the top, I hope someday to do the same. Job well done!
 
Hi Paul:

Beautiful job, really amazing work, I had some machine work done on my engine years ago and it was very difficult to find a machine shop for quality work as you well know, head work is easy but but anything else watch out...by the way I never add up the receipts as I would then have to admit to my wife that I know how much it's really costing me!! Looking forward to up-dates.
